We are currently hiring for all positions at both our Bloomington and Bedford locations:

All shifts available

    • Must possess, at a minimum, a nursing degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/RN program.
    • One year of experience in a hospital, nursing care facility or other related health care facility is desirable.
  • Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices is preferred.

All shifts available

    • Must be a licensed certified nursing assistant in accordance with laws of this state.
    • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • The purpose of this position is to provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the residents’ assessments and care plans, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
Recreational Therapy Assistant

9am to 5:30pm Shift Available

    • The ideal candidate will possess a positive and outgoing personality and a love for seniors.
    • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • The purpose of this position is to provide recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs, in accordance with the resident’s assessment and core plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
Insurance Billing Clerk

Bedford – Full-Time Position Available

    • Must be professional in dress and demeanor, accurate, organized, detail oriented, and have the ability to multi-task. 
    • 2 years of billing experience in an extended care facility preferred and/or 2 year accounting degree.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Point Click Care or similar long term care billing system.
    • Performs other clerical duties as assigned by the administrator and the CFO.
    • Position requires a candidate that operates in accordance with current long term care federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and our established policies and procedures.
    • Only serious candidates with the required experience will be considered.
  • The primary purpose of this job position is to coordinate the insurance billing function of the business office, and see to the proper application of patient insurance, and other payments. Prepares weekly and monthly reports on billings, accounts pending diagnosis, and late charges. Performs Insurance Billing Clerk duties and coordinates and performs insurance follow-up procedures.
We offer free paid CNA classes, which last four weeks, in both the Bedford and Bloomington facility.

– You must have a high school diploma or GED to participate.

– The classes are offered Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
