What hours can we visit residents?
24 Hours a day, seven days a week; however, for security the doors are locked in the evening. An employee of the facility will open the door when the doorbell is rung after hours.

When do the meals get served in the units?
Bloomington: Breakfast 6:30 a.m., Lunch 10:45 a.m., Dinner 4:30 a.m.
Bedford: TBA

Can we bring in our pets?
Yes, on a leash and with current shot records on hand.

Does this facility allow smoking for residents?
No, we are a non-smoking facility.

Does this facility allow guests to smoke outside of it?
Guests may smoke in outside designated areas.

Can we bring in snacks and things to our loved ones?
Yes, in appropriate storage containers.

Yes, for a nominal fee.
